Runs from the workshop floor

The same system on a phone: check an order, mark it ready, send the customer an email without walking back to a desk. A native iOS companion app mirrors the web app screen for screen.

The challenge

A manufacturing business drowning in manual work: orders arriving by email and WhatsApp, invoices typed by hand, stock tracked in heads, bank statements matched line by line.

What we built

We designed and built a custom web application that swallowed all of it. An AI agent reads incoming email and files orders and invoices on its own. WhatsApp messages become orders or calendar reminders. Payments match invoices automatically through open banking. The team sees one dashboard instead of five inboxes.

Where it hurt

01
The pain

Orders arrived as text and got retyped

Customers sent emails and WhatsApp messages. Someone read each one and typed it into a spreadsheet, with the typos that come with that.

What we did

An AI agent reads incoming mail and WhatsApp, extracts items, quantities and deadlines, and files the order itself. Confirmations go out automatically. No re-typing, no lost messages.

02
The pain

Supplier invoices, entered one line at a time

Every incoming invoice was typed into the books by hand: line items, totals, payment references.

What we did

Photograph or forward the invoice. AI extracts the line items, totals and payment details for a human to confirm in one screen.About €0.25 a year in AI cost for 1,200 invoices.

03
The pain

Payments matched by hand against the bank

Someone opened the bank statement and walked down the list, matching transfers to open invoices.

What we did

Open banking pulls transactions automatically. A payment is applied only when the invoice reference, the exact amount and the payer name all agree; anything else waits for a human.Matching without guessing.

04
The pain

The company lived in five inboxes

Stock in someone’s head, orders in email, invoices in a folder, prices in a spreadsheet. Nobody had the whole picture.

What we did

One application: kanban order board, inventory, contacts, pricing rules, invoicing with eSlog 2.0 e-invoices, and two-factor auth on top.One dashboard instead of five inboxes.
