GRAFLINE d.o.o. is the controller of any personal data collected through this website, within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
What we collect, and why
This site has one form: the enquiry form on the home page. When you use it we receive the name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — the company name and phone number you type, together with your message. We also record the IP address the submission came from and the time it was sent, so that we can stop automated abuse of the form.
We use that information for exactly one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to prepare a quote. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and preparing an offer: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Blocking spam and abuse of the form: our legitimate interest in keeping the site usable (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted within 24 months. If we do work together, the correspondence is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods Slovenian accounting and tax law requires. The abuse-prevention records tied to the form expire within one hour.
Who else can see it
Your message reaches us by email and is stored on infrastructure we operate. Two providers necessarily process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — serves this website and filters malicious traffic, so it processes connection data including your IP address.
- Our hosting and mail providers in the EU — run the server this site is served from and carry the email that your enquiry becomes.
We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or social media plugins on this site.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own and does not track you across other sites. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to identify malicious traffic. Aggregate visit statistics are collected in a cookieless way, which means we can see that a page was viewed but cannot identify you or follow you between sites.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask for your data in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si).
