Will my car actually take 350 kW?
Probably not, and that is fine. Most cars peak between 100 and 250 kW. A 350 kW stall matters because it holds your car's own maximum for longer instead of tapering early when the cabinet gets warm or a neighbouring stall is in use.
Is the renewable claim real?
We buy guarantees of origin covering 100% of consumption, and 34% of our energy comes from four solar farms we own outright. The annual breakdown, with the certificate numbers, is published every February.
What happens if a stall is broken?
It disappears from the map immediately rather than wasting your trip. A ticket is raised automatically, a technician is dispatched within four hours, and 96% are fixed the same day. If you drove to a site and found nothing working, we refund the detour.
Do you take other networks' cards?
Yes — roaming through the usual providers works at every stall. You will pay their price rather than ours, which is normally higher, so tapping a bank card is usually the cheaper move.
Which connectors?
CCS2 on every stall, cable-cooled and long enough to reach a port on either side of the car. Four sites on the Italian corridor also carry CHAdeMO. No Type 2 AC — a 350 kW site is the wrong place to sit for three hours.
